Anbalagan : Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and directing the first respondent to take action against the fifth respondent with his rowdy groups and to direct the third respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2016 and to direct the first respondent to take action against the fifth respondent with his rowdy groups and to direct the third respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
