O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is harassing him in the guise of enquiry.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to my notice that the third respondent herein had already filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11726 of 2020 before this Court and this Court vide Order dated 20.01.2021 directed the second respondent to dispose of the third respondent's representation dated 05.10.2020. When such a direction has been given, the second respondent is bound to call the petitioner for enquiry. This will not constitute harassment.

4. Therefore, I do not find any ground to restrain the second respondent. In this case, I make it clear that if at the end of the enquiry, the second respondent proposes to register any FIR, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20533 of 2021 petitioner will be given due notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
