PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of 1/3

the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is working as Branch Incharge in subham Freight Carriers Private Transport Limited and the complaint was given against this petitioner regarding mis-appropriation of amount of Rs.48,59,500/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the allegation made against the petitioner is that he has committed mis-appropriation of amount of Rs.48,59,500/-. The petition enquiry is pending in C.No.227 of 2023.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
