PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to inspect the quality of road laid down by the 4th Respondent in respect of village roads and bridges connecting Naduvoor Mulakarai Thar Road and Themankulam to Thangaiyapuram Thar Road and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to re-lay the entire stretch of road based on my representation dated 04.12.2017 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2. The petition is filed in the year 2018. Much water has flown thereafter. Recent cyclone must have also affected the road conditions. The petitioner may inspect the road as on date and if the road is not in proper condition, then, may agitate afresh.
