The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the husband to transfer I.D.O.P.No.2094 of 2022 filed by him before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to be jointly tried along with I.D.O.P.No.259 of 2020 and G.W.O.P.No.326 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already I.D.O.P.No.2094 of 2022 has been disposed of and divorce has been granted. G.W.O.P.No.326 of 2022 has also been disposed of. 3.In view of the orders passed in those petitions, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
