ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4028 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a 1/3

house wife aged about 54 years, the second petitioner is a retired employee receiving Rs.25,000/- as pension and the third petitioner is their younger son who is married and looking for a job, they are not in a position to arrange for a huge sum as ordered by the learned Judge. Hence seek for an modification of the condition imposed in the order dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4028 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy.

3.The condition was imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy. If the petitioners wants any modification or to set aside the condition, he must approach the concerned Court. Thereafter only he can move this Court. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, directing the petitioner to approach the concerned Court seeking modification of any conditions, by filing appropriate petitions.
