ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 01.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.391 of 2017 in O.S.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that the first respondent's tenure is over and an Advocate Commissioner may be appointed to conduct election.

4. The prayer in the petition is also for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to conduct election.

5. In view of the above submissions made by both side counsel, Advocate Mr.P.Santhoshkumar, Reg.No.627/1996, 106, Law Chambers, High Court, Madurai Bench, is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner, to conduct the election for Pandiya Vellalar Community Society and the initial remuneration for the Advocate Commissioner is fixed as Rs.20,000/- and the said remuneration has to be paid by the Society. The Advocate Commissioner is directed to conduct the Election within a period of three months from today.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
