The petitioner seeks production of the person of her daughter Anusha, aged about 18 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the detenue has eloped with the fifth respondent and got married and moving in and around Bangalore. Despite the efforts taken by the Police, they are not able to trace the whereabouts, as they are in move.

4. As the detenue is a major and said to have been eloped with the fifth respondent, we do not find any illegal detention, hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
