For Petitioner :Mr.S.Ponsaravanan For Respondent :Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to provide Police Protection by considering representation dated 05.09.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that citing some allegations against the private respondents, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent police seeking police protection. Since the same was not considered till date, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that because of the rival issue, over the ownership of the property representation was made by the petitioner, that was came to be rejected by the respondent by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the direction given by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7377 of 2023, survey was already undertaken and boundary was also fixed. Even after fixing the boundary the private respondents, who are the neighbours, making trouble and they are trying to put up the fence. The rival parties have no documents of title to prove their claim.

5.Whatever may be, since the complaint was closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings, there is no question of police protection.
