This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct speedy investigation and to produce the body or person of the petitioner`s Daughter (detenu) namely Kalpana D/o.Murugan, aged about 18 years, based on the petitioners representation on 28.10.2019

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.604 of 2019 for the offences under Section 'woman missing'. He would also submit that investigation is in progress.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
