ORDER

This Petition had been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the second respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime 1/4

No.378 of 2018 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. The Investigation Officer undertakes to file the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as undertaken by him/her.

4.With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
