ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.39 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, the first respondent has filed the final report before the concerned Court on 22.11.2023 through e-filing and the same was not numbered.

3.Without noticing the interim stay order was passed by this Court on 24.11.2022, final report was filed by the first respondent Police. In view of the above development, nothing survives for further adjudication. The matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report as per law and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved.
