2. With the consent of the aforesaid learned Counsel writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.

3. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Standing Counsel has obtained written instructions from the third respondent and placed it before this Court. Learned Standing Counsel made a plea to consider the written instructions as written submissions in the instant writ petition.

5. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Anna University submit in unison that the written submissions puts an end to this writ petition as the prayer in the writ petition stands acceded to.

6. It is submitted on instructions by the learned Standing Counsel that the writ petitioner can go over to the office of the third respondent even tomorrow (05.11.2019) itself and classes will be commenced. This is also recorded.

7. As the prayer in the instant writ petition stands acceded to, no further orders are required.
