ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to demolish the unauthorized construction within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that admittedly, the promotor of the apartment at Bharathi Ula Road, Madurai, wherein the petitioner is one of the purchasers, had converted the car parking area into the building and thereby, violated the approved plan granted by the Corporation. 3.In view of the said submission, we direct the respondent Corporation to take action for removal of unauthorized construction, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned and complete the same by following due process of law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
