O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to third respondents to rectify the mistake in transfer of Patta No.457 for the petitioner's property situated at Mangathevanpatty Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first to third respondents would submit that the second respondent vide his proceedings dated 15.06.2016 has directed the third respondent to conduct the enquiry. Pursuant to the same, the third respondent has conducted the enquiry and submitted a report to the second respondent. It is submitted that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent based on the enquiry report submitted by the third respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders based on the enquiry Page No. 2 of 4

report submitted by the third respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from today. Needless to state, the private respondent shall be heard before the orders are passed. No costs.
