Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in letter No.TRP.65 & 66 -2/2017-18/DO dated 01.10.2018 on the file of the Second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to participate in the works pertaining to the strengthening the existing carriageway from Kms.600/0 to 653/0-655/0 of National Highway 47 and Strengthening of the existing carriageway from Kms.0/0-22/6 of national Highways 47 B in the state of Tamil Nadu within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
