When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint received against the petitioners was enquired into and closed on 27.11.2021. The parties have been advised to move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. A copy of the closure report is made available before this Court.

2.Recording the said development, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
