This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016 praying to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet in H.S.No.2 of 2013 dated 05.01.2013 on the file of the second and third respondents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
