2.Pending the appeal, this court referred the matter to the mediation. Before the mediation, the matter has been settled between the parties. Further, Joint Compromise Memo, dated 27.11.2025, has also been filed.

3. In view of that, the delay of 811 days in representing SA(MD)SRNo.54636 of 2014, is condoned.
