O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.536 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, Madurai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.536 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.98 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
