Nagar, Poovanthi Village, Sivagangai District. 2.Upon notice, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent produced the letter of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/995/2021, dated 02.12.2021, wherein it is stated that as of now, neither there is a proposal nor steps are taken to open a TASMAC shop in S.No.26/2B, Poovanthi Group, Thiruppuvanam Taluk. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
