This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition preferred by the petitioner in the year 2015.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the revision petition filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the first respondent on 09.05.2016 and the same has also been challenged in W.P.(MD)No.11340 of 2016.
