For Respondent : M/s.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.403/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under sections 11(1), 11(4) & 12 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.403 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2021 at about 08.30 a.m., the petitioners teased and harassed the defacto complainant's daughter. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this is the third petition filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

5. It appears that this is the third application for anticipatory bail. The earlier anticipatory bail Petitions filed in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.17296 and 15990 of 2021 were dismissed as against the petitioner on 22.10.2021 and 30.11.2021, considering the conduct of the petitioners. Now, this application is filed by the petitioners without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case.

6. Since there is no change of circumstance and considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
