J U D G M E N T

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Line Inspector working in the respondent Corporation seeking a direction as against the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate departmental proceedings as against the respondents 5 and 6 based upon his complaint dated 12.08.2022.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, departmental proceedings were initiated as against the respondents 5 and 6 herein and enquiry report has also been 2/5

submitted on 01.10.2022, wherein, the report discloses that there is no delinquency on the part of the respondents 5 and 6.

3. Therefore, it is clear that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has already been considered by the official respondents herein.

4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further adjudication is called for in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is closed. The official respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the report to the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law, if he is so adviced.
