Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARDHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9482 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is student and he is unable to get leave , he is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
