This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the lock and seal put up on the building premises of the petitioner situated in Door No.46, Sikilraja Veethi, Vivekanandar Road, 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the lock and seal has already been removed on 21.01.2017. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2017. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs.
