ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 and to take appropriate action under Section 83 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act 1908.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader passed an order dated 19.08.2021 and submitted that the issue has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.08.2021 passed by the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
