This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to indulge or harass the petitioner of the issue in civil dispute with respect to Sy.Nos.68/1 and 59/1 of Yanaimalaiyanpatti Village, Theni District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police has conducted the enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, not to harass does not arise in this petition.
