This petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business, run by the petitioner in the name and style "Tamil Annai Tiffen Centre" at Beach Road, Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the same as the dispute is with regard to landlord and tenant.
