ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 9 (B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Act, 1884, in Crime No.205 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 26.07.2022, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and direct the petitioner to surrender before the respondent police. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.This Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
