ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court have repeatedly held that the review is not an appeal in disguise. Unless there is an error apparent on the face of the record, this Court will not entertain a review application.

2. In this case, the grounds are raised either on merits or on equity by the review applicant which do not fall within the scope of Order XLVII, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure. This Court has restricted the recovery upto 50% considering the facts and circumstances of the case. Therefore, there is no scope for review and accordingly, the review

application stands dismissed. No costs.
