O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of 20 years old girl alleging that on 07.12.2021 she left the home to go to college, but did not return and the cell phone found switched off.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the girl was secured on 04.01.2022 and handed over to the petitioner. She was found in living relationship with her boy friend.

3. The girl being a major, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required except to close the Habeas Corpus Petition as the missing girl has been traced and handed over to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
