ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to comply with the direction issued in Crl.MP.No. 15925 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli, dated 21.7.2023, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli. It was ordered in favour of the petitioner on 21.07.2023. So far it has not been complied by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent will comply the above said order within a period of two days. 2/4
