ORDER

The petitioner and the sixth respondent are sisters. They are having agricultural lands in S.No.1103 of Thippanampatti Village, Tenkasi Taluk. 2/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that her access to the agricultural lands have been prevented by the sixth respondent by establishing a brickkiln. 3.It is now reported that pursuant to the orders of the Green Tribunal, the brick-kiln established by the sixth respondent was removed and the parties are using it as agricultural lands. Learned Government Advocate and the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent submitted that the access of this petitioner to the agricultural lands is not prevented.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Index :
