Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission to conduct Kabadi and Volleyball Tournament at near St.PAUL and St.PETER's Church ground on 01.01.2022 and 02.01.2022 during the new year festival celebration from 11.A.M onwards in the petitioner's village namely, Chinnandipatty, Karur District.

ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to permit him to conduct the petition mentioned Event. 2.The petitioner asserts that there is no communal angle. The second respondent is, therefore, directed to grant permission to the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned Event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions for ensuring the smooth conduct of the Event.
