This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2018

2. The petitioner herein is the husband of the third respondent. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that his wife is not allowing to enter into his own house. The petitioner also does not know for what reason the third respondent is refusing to let in the petitioner into his house.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after giving notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
