ORDER

These writ petitions are filed as against the notification issued by the 2nd respondent University excluding the examination centre in Surat for the Distance Education.

2.The 2nd respondent University has filed a counter affidavit that as per the notification issued by the University in AU/DDE/D6/DEB/2015 dated 29.09.2015. all the examination centre outside the Tamil Nadu were already closed. 2/4
