This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate actions against the respondents No.3 to 5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2016. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondents 3 to 5 have foisted a false case against the son of the petitioner herein and remanded him to judicial custody. Since the sons of the petitioner are working as the advocate clerk and also social works, they earned some enmity of the respondents 3 to 5, as such three years ago, the respondents 3 to 5 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
W.P.(MD)No.23367 of 2016 have foisted a false case against him and also his family members. Therefore, the petitioner has send a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 16.11.2016 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police has filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner's first son is having four previous cases and the second son is having seven previous cases and both are habitual offenders. He further submitted that even till today the name of the petitioner's sons has maintained in the History Sheet in H.S.Nos.354 of 2016 and 353 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed only to escape from the clutches of law.
4.With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
