The petitioner, claiming to be a Local Cable TV Operator, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus forbearing the second respondent from allotting any new Local Cable TV Operator in existing Local Cable TV Operator area. 2.This type of relief cannot be granted by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
