The dispute is between the petitioner, on the one hand, and the third respondent on the other. In relation thereto, the petitioner assailed an order dated 17.03.2015 of the second respondent and the order dated 21.12.2015 of the first respondent.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader has placed before me a communication from the Tahsildar, Kalkulam. In such communication, it is stated that pursuant to discussions, an amicable understanding was arrived at between the petitioner and the third respondent.

3. By taking note of the subsequent development, W.P.(MD).No. 2339 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently,
