O R D E R

This criminal original petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.345/2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent. 2.Earlier i.e., on 16.11.2022, when the case was came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties arrived at compromise and in this regard, joint compromise memo was also filed. Therefore, only for verification, the case was adjourned to 30.11.2022. 3.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, from the SHO, Paramakudi Town Police Station, fairly concedes that there had been a bonafide compromise. The same is recorded. 4.In the light of the compromise arrived between the parties, the FIR in Crime No. 345 and 2022 is hereby quashed and the terms of joint compromise 2/4

memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed.
