O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to produce the DNA report in Spl.S.C.No.74 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned POCSO Judge, Sivagangai.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that though during the course of investigation, DNA was conducted, a report has not been filed along with the charge sheet and in this regard, an application has been filed before the trial Court, but the trial Court is not entertaining the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submits that DNA report has not been received from the Laboratory so far and it may likely to take some more time and soon after the Police receive the information, the said report would be submitted to the learned POCSO Court, Sivagangai.

4.With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
