Osur Khan Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019 and to approve and recognize the petitioner as Manager of the Thirupparankundram Sulthan Shikkandar Badhusa Oulia Dharga and Mosque and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019 and to approve and recognize the petitioner as Manager of the Thirupparankundram Sulthan Shikkandar Badhusa Oulia Dharga and Mosque.

2. Mr.Mohamed Mohideen, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and the respondents 3 & 4 are also represented by their respective counsel.

3. Heard both sides and perused the documents.

4. On a perusal of the documents, it is seen that there is a dispute among the petitioner herein and Thirupparankundram Sulthan Sikkandar Badusha Oulia Durga and Mosque and Pangalis of the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 29.10.2019 to the respondents 1 & 2. Since no fruitful action has been taken by the respondents 1 & 2, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 5.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019, by issuing notice to all the parties concerned including the respondents 3 & 4 and also any other person interested in this regard and afford them opportunity for their personal hearing and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
