2. The learned Advocate for respondent No.15 submits that the steps are undertaken for removal of encroachments proceedings under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1986 has also been initiated against the encroachers.

3. The learned counsel for the Municipality submits that the Municipality will extend the cooperation with the Revenue Department.

4. As the temple is taking steps for removal of encroachment and some of the tanks are also renovated as contended by the learned counsel for the temple and as none appears for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
