Sangili Vikramkumar aged about 1 year before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son Minor S.Vetrikumaran aged about 3 years and daughter Minor S.Sasteeka, aged about 1 year before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.

Respondent No.3 is wife of the petitioner. She is produced before this Court by the respondent/Police along with her two minor children. She has stated that due to misunderstanding with her husband, she is living in her father's home. Respondent No.4 is father of respondent No.3 and he is also present before this Court. 3.

This Court, having regard to the age of the children and the fact that the children are under safe custody of their mother, finds that there is no illegal detention. Therefore, there is no merit in this petition.
