This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Sessions Judge (PCR Act cases) Dindigul, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day which would be filed by the Petitioner in connection with the Cr.No.524 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioner has no previous case 4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading this order in the website of this Court before the learned District Sessions Judge (PCR Act cases) Dindigul. On such surrender and on filing of bail application by the Petitioner herein, the learned District Sessions Judge (PCR Act cases) Dindigul, 2/4

shall consider the bail application and pass appropriate orders as per law.
