ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to return the petitioner's sale deed dated 07.09.2007 relating to the land in S.No.542, measuring an extent of 1.36.5 Ares, 1 Acre and 18 Cents, situated at Keelakudalur Village, Theni District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that already the petitioner's vendor has leased out more than 100 Acres of land including the subject land in favour of V.G.P. Evergreen Plantation for a period of 99 years vide Document No.874 of 2010, dated 15.11.2010. Under these circumstances, the question of registering the sale deed executed by the petitioner's above said vendor namely, Balakrishnan on 07.09.2017 cannot be countenanced. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy against the vendor.

3. This Writ Petition stands dismissed with the above liberty. No costs.
