The petitioner, based on a civil Court decree has approached the second respondent by his application, dated 17.07.2023 for cancelling the earlier order and to restore the patta in his name and also filed this writ petition that the second respondent has not considered his application.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the official respondents submits that the first respondent has conducted an enquiry and necessary orders would be passed within a reasonable time. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to consider the 2/4
