The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.302 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Madurai. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the parties have agreed to withdraw the HMOPs and to file a petition for divorce on mutual consent.

3. The Mediation Centre has sent the report along with the settlement entered into between the parties, wherein they have agreed to to withdraw the petitions in H.M.O.P.No.302 of 2024, H.M.O.P.No.1241 of 2024 and also the maintenance case and to file a divorce petition by mutual consent.

4. Recording the settlement agreement entered into between the parties, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs. 17.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No das 2/3
