COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the respondent Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary) in Na.Ka.No.2813/w3/S2/2021, dated 13.02.2021, quash the same, and further direct the respondent to permit the petitioners to participate in future promotion counseling of P.G Assistant in Commerce.

Government Advocate COMMON ORDER The Writ Petitions are filed challenging the order accepting the temporary relinquishment given by the petitioners for promotion. In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 10.03.2021, 16.06.2021 and 25.11.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to submit a copy of the representation along with the documents, if any, to the respondent, within a period of two weeks.

3. With the above direction, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
